Welcome to Placerville Union School District Aeries Online Registration. Aeries allows you to quickly begin the process of registering a student for school. Information about the student will be collected, such as emergency contacts, medical information, and language information. When finished, the student information will be sent electronically to the District Office if TK-5th grade or to Edwin Markham Middle School if 6th-8th grade. This is only part of the enrollment process. You will need to verify your child's birth certificate, immunization record, and address at the District Office or Edwin Markham Middle School to complete the enrollment process.

Completing this process will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Please provide as much information in each section as possible to ensure the school sites have all the necessary information for your student's file. If you cannot complete the process at one time, you can log out and continue the process later.

To get started with enrolling a new student, click the Enroll New Student button below. You will be prompted to log in or create an Aeries account. You will need a valid email address.

*** Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten registration for the 2024/2025 school year: ***Thank you for taking advantage of this time-saving pre-registration process, but it DOES NOT COMPLETE your registration. Registration begins Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the District Office (1032 Thompson Way). Packets will be collected, reviewed, and completed by District Office employees, and school placement will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.

*** Grades 1-8 for the 2024/2025 school year: *** Thank you for taking advantage of this time-saving  pre-registration process, but it DOES NOT COMPLETE your registration. Registration begins Friday, March 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the District Office (1032 Thompson Way). Packets will be collected, reviewed, and completed by District Office employees, and school placement will be determined by current enrollment numbers as of August 2024.
